Education

Attended Johnson State College majoring in Wellness and Alternative Medicine.Graduated from the Salter School in Tewksbury as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

I have continued to study many different styles of massage such as facilitated stretching which increases flexibility and decreases joint discomfort through assisted stretching of the body. Also, I have studied reflexology which aims to balance the entire body through reflexes in the hand and feet. I enjoy integrating Swedish, deep tissue and myofacial techniques into most massages. I am constantly fascinated and interested in how every body works and I consider each body to be a new learning experience.

Inspiration

Giving people relief from their daily pain and struggles.

Education

Salter School Tewksbury, MA 900 hours of Massage, 6 years of experience in Deep tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Sports, and Trigger point.

I specialize in Reiki I/II, pronounced ray-key, which is Japanese for “universal life force or energy.” Reiki is a noninvasive holistic healing system that works with the body’s chakras. A Reiki healer works throughout the body to release blocked energy, allowing it free flow throughout the mind-body-spirit system. Reiki is used alone and in conjunction with other healing methods for many ailments. In addition to Reiki, I use reflexology within some of my services in which manipulation is used on the area on the feet that corresponds with the organs in the body. Myofascial Scar Release is another technique that I use to help improve the soft tissue and prevent the formation of adhesions and fiboses in the area.( Surgical scars, as well as scar tissue from lacerations or torn muscles )
