Appointment Policy

Credit cards are required for booking all services. If there is no card on file, you may book walk-in or same-day appointments only.

Twenty-four hour notice is requested for all cancellations. If you do not cancel within that time frame, or if you ‘no show’ for a scheduled appointment, a 100% charge will be applied to your card on file.

If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we cannot guarantee that the service will be provided to you.


Guest Courtesy

For the consideration of all of our guests, please discontinue the use of your cell phone while you are with us. Please do not leave children unattended at any time in the salon or spa.

For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, only those children receiving services will be permitted in the service area. For the safety of children under twelve years of age who are not receiving services, adult supervision is required in the main reception area. Due to numerous safety considerations, children not receiving hair services will not be permitted in the hair salon. Absolutely no children under the age of sixteen are permitted in the spa area or spa rooms.


Pyara Commitment

If you are having a challenge with any service performed at Pyara please call us within 10 days of the originally scheduled service.

We do not guarantee color services performed by our technicians without the use of suggested Aveda products at home.
